Some Jieli chips can accidentally enter a "Mass Storage" mode for firmware updates. If this happens, the computer sees it as a drive instead of an audio device.
If your device isn't working, it is likely a configuration issue rather than a missing driver: System Recognition : Check your sound settings for a device named JieLi BR17
What (Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux) are you using?
JieLi does not have a centralized, user-friendly global download center like Intel or NVIDIA. The drivers are typically distributed as a small package named or "JieLi USB Driver."
: The PC sees the device as a speaker or microphone. The Bluetooth pairing happens internally on the chip, not through the Windows Bluetooth menu.
